Building TenTen Accounting with the founding cohort of Moroccan businesses. The multi-tenant architecture is settled; the work this month is about Claude-as-analyst — making the AI feel like a colleague rather than a chatbot.

On the bookshelf: Designing Data-Intensive Applications (re-read), and Boumediene's Histoire économique du Maroc. Teaching is paused for the cycle, but I'm preparing two new courses for spring — Cloudflare SaaS and AI-Assisted Development.
